We had paid 5000 riyals and expected a luxurious stay for the night, this price is paid abroad at luxury hotels for a few nights and you get a 5 star service and amenities. First of all, The guard at the entrance must look more decent and presentable and knows how to talk and welcome you. There SHOULD be somone, helping you with your stuff and bags to the vila. The vila itself had a really bad smell from the minute you walk in, all bathrooms were smelly. The least you could do is put the essence machines or bukhoor, the tissue boxes should be more nice and fancy and not a tamimi brand scattered throughout. There should have been more coffee and tea capsules and more sweets, more water bottles in every room. The kitchen was very smelly and had insects around, and it should have all necessary utensils. The showers should include proper soap and shampoo and conditioner. You can tell that the quality is very bad. The couches were very dirty and very uncomfortable, they should be washed regularly as you can CLEARLY see stains and smells very bad. We didnt have a chance to stay outside at all because of the sand storm, but atleast someone could have let us stay longer. You should have a mini market or have the option to send someone to a mini market to get you stuff. You really need to focus on cleanliness and maintenance In general, the pictures on social media look nothing like reality. This is NOT a 5K Standard. I tried it once and i will never come back or recommend it to anyone.

The place is nice and different , but the reception’s staff was not professional. Also it was a party going on in the chalet near us and it was very noisy and no action has been taken
The villa I went to was amazing and very high quality. A great place for lovely weekends with family but I’ll just say that it’s a little too expensive not even having enough rooms to fit a few people
Very nice idea to experience in Riyadh, I would suggest renting it in winter to enjoy the out door more.
