Family section give you negative feelings. The team is kind of bord or unhappy. They should change the restaurant lighting design or strength. Give more energy to their staff. The good things thats its one of few restaurants that still keep private/close area for family.

The pasta tasted like it was cooked with reused oil, customer service was bad. The bill was given as soon as I ordered food as if we were going to go without paying after we eat which was insulting. When I asked for a menu, the waiter said I had to scan QR code and download the menu. I had no Internet. When I asked for the WiFi they had no WiFi. The waited just walked away he didn't offer to help. I had to activate a pack, download the menu and then order. The service was poor. This happened in salaaldin Road, almalaz,riyadh on 16.10.2020. Management of TCS if your reading this, try to improve your customer service, especially the attitude of waiters...
