The Saudi female employee at counter 1 is very kind and cooperative. The security guy is not very polite, unfortunately. The rest of the staff are good.The cashier accepts cash ONLY. I had to leave the office and look for an ATM to withdraw cash and get back to the cashier. Can you imagine an office as big and important as this one without accepting credit cards?
If crowd is there they dont know how handle. Some staff are good and reply polite. Compared to umm ul hammam branch they r good . Anyway we cannot avoid . We r depend on them for passports.
I am calling for the last 1 hour but no one attends my call. Pathetic. ,
I had a bad experiences. I hope I am the only one. In the Indian Embassy website they have told no need to bring infant for the new passport but vfs guys are requesting to bring. Nowadays (During coivid 19) it is better to avoid the crowded places. Right? But here they want more people. Strange.. The beauty is when u go with ur infant they didn't bother. Weird..right? I travelled more than 100kms from Riyadh to get the new passport. After so much struggles when I went to the passport counter the gentleman told ur papers are fine but u need to bring the infant. Even though I have explained the situation but he refused. Next day I have visited with my infant and family they told ur paper is wrong . U have to make new one. I did with their guy at umal Hamam branch . After the argument they have agreed to make new paper without charges. Thank god. So guys pls check everything properly before visit there. Pls wake up VFS global guys...
Waiting for hours..... in saudi we can see only these Indian office working as per there wish....
Very bad experience, there is no order I have been waiting for 2 hours to get my passport. I got an email from UK embassy on 30 April 2019, and after more than four days they did not send any massage to collect the passport. A lot of effort have to be done in order to cope with the number of people.
No one answers our queries. Very disappointed by such attitude (call center, twitter, emails) still have no amawers.
