Horrible experience, they are the worst courier /parcel delivery agents, unprofessional and un organised, they were supposed to deliver my package from China to my home address and after days passed without any notice from them. I decided to go and collect it from their office, which is not marked even on a map, I found one on Google and went there from there I was forwarded to three of their warehouses and finally I arrived at the warehouse where my parcel was supposed to be but they couldn't trace it and every one searched for it for half an hour and couldn't find it and then a guy comes to me hands me receipt and says the parcel will be delivered to my home tomorrow.
You will hardly find someone working at this big place. Also they didn't accept local shipments.

من اسوء شركات الشحن بالعالم. لي طلبيه شهر لم استلمها و مع العلم انني اتصل عليهم شبه يومي و كل مره يقولون الطلبيه خارجه للتوصيل و هم كذابين. لا احد يتعامل معهم ابداً
