The worst experience ever starting from customer service up to delevary, installing as well as after sales services. One star is more than what they deserve based on my personal experience with them.
I don't know how this place is still open. Higher prices than most of other shops and no customer service when you visit their branch seriously I'm asking a genuine question? How are they still open!!!!

I would give them zero star.The worst place ever with worst product.I bought Sumsung AC during their 50% discount and now I know why they make discounts to sell and seduce the customers to buy their bad products.The AC keeps damaging,leaking water and making noises.I am so upset !
I would like to share my experiences here, i ordered note9 through electo website and selected this store to receive it, when i went there i was surprised as they informed me that they did not receive my order yet, i showed them the order and the payment confirmation but they refused to deliver the product to me even they confirmed its available in the store! Instead they asked to wait for 48 to 72 hours without giving any logical reason! This was not acceptable for me as i did preorder and already paid so I was expecting to get the device smoothly and fast same as the other shops... the strange thing that they informed me if i did not pay online and paid at the store they could give me the device immediately! So why they have online payment if it will just delay the process and make it difficult for the customers! And why the did not even mentioned this 48 to 72 waiting on their website! I think they should revise their website policies and make clear notes for this. I called the customer service from there but they did not help me at all and redirected me to the Store supervisor Mr. Faris. Mr. Faris did his best but could not resolve my issue. The good thing that the manager there Mr. Faleh Al Ahmary was available there and he is very helpful and supportive person. He understood the issue completely and did a lot of effort to resolve it. I really appreciate his support and his professional attitude and skills as he is caring a lot about the customer satisfaction. He apologized for this incident and communicated with the website team and the top management to get the required approval to finalize the process fast. Here is a photo of him delivering the note9 to me as he said I was the first customer purchasing the Note9 from this store Thanks again Mr. Faleh, Mr. Faris and Electro team for the amyzing support .... it was bad experience at the beginning but has a happy ending.
