30 years now and I am a client of Billan. Never had an issue with them. They just may need to coop with changes in the tailor industry. I took one star just because of the location! Very hard to get in to the store in an area that has high traffic and most of the time the entrance of the cars is closed due to high traffic. Not the best location.
