I had a mixed experience with them regarding the car transfer. They charged me a reasonable amount for their services and that was good. However I also asked them for car insurance and that's where I made a mistake.They charged me 850 SR for third party insurance whereas they actually paid SR 455 to the company. When I asked, they said that they used a middle man (insurance mandoob) and he might have pocketed the Offered discount (395 SR) which was meant for me. I recommend people to get insurance themselves and do not depend on showroom staff.

I went for my car transfer, fast service .. it took 10 minutes. But don't go on Saturday, it's not working as mentioned in Google timings. Works only Sunday to Friday
