Very amazing and my most favourite pastry brand in the entire Saudi Arabia. Their pastries are of very great quality like no other. This branch had very friendly staff and great ambience. A must visit pastry shop for the people in Rakah , Dammam.

I usually go here for cakes. They don't seem very innovative or experimenting with Cakes. Other stuff like chocolate Candies or sweets are nicely packaged for consumption or gifts. Items here are expensive.

Very bad customer service specially the lady who is writing the names in the cake. Have very bad experience two times. Doesn't know even the spelling of happy birthday.. illiterate staff.. management need to give a training atleast how to behave.. taste is good but will not go again due to the staff...
