Sakaka branch service was so so... also the burger n fries especially fries were soggy.. didnt liked much as compared to riyadh khurais road ranch

I generally love this chain. Good service and delicious good. Great staff and relatively fast service. I tried a lot of items in their menu and it never disappoints. They also offer free refill for your soft drinks and I think they are the only ones that offer that here in Skaka. What I also like about it is it’s not crowded.

The worst delivery service ever. The order came an hour late, cold and to top it off the order was wrong. I will never order from them again. Worst experience ever!!!!

edited: just had an experience that forced me to shave two stars off their score. Asked for an onionless Super Star, which came with onions. Ordered regular chicken tenders. Got spicy chicken tenders. When we returned the spicy tenders along with their crispy curl side, the regular chicken tenders arrived sans crispy curls. I had to go explain that meals come with a potato side. also the machine didn't have Dew. Tough hill they need to climb to get their stars back. it's one of the few choices in town, so they will get their chance.

Hardee's meals are always served warm and quickly. The staff is nice and kind to everyone. It is recommended for small groups and families.
