Worst dealer on planet Earth. My washing machine broke and they ignored me for 48 days !! They haven't fixed it until I filed a complaint to the ministry of commerce and Samsung SouthKorea. Moreover, they didn't even apologize for the delay, they charged me the full amount, not a single Riyal discount. Samsung devices are good, but once you face any issue, this dealer will make you regret buying Samsung.
