Nice hotel , Nice breakfast, far from haram 700 M walking distance, no enough staff to help you. We didn’t even found someone to help with the bags. Youssef from the room service is the best one if I come back I’ll come because of his hospitality.

Good spacious room, upgraded the room to apartment with out any extra charges, near to haram on walking distance but will need transportation for old and disabled. break fast served in room due to covid pandemic......recommend to stay and Enjoy the blessing of Haram

Id like u have design interior..room is on it single portion.. Lift less space and also other public area.. Abit feels sad no good park.. I wish more from it... Their welcoming drink horrible... They gv too sour juice once fruit i know it orange bt it was not only it bcz it too sour and abit heavy taste, the bad one they nt inform me well since the first... What the result my tooth cracked and i need to make the new one... When i complained they only offer me another complimentary drink.. And today i thought my implant tooth only broken but all my tooth gt broken...

First time stay and first ever review. Hotel is truly 5 star and experience her with family is superb. Their staff will go above & beyond to accommodate you and facilitate any minute of the day. Will come back here without a doubt. Walking distance to Al Haram area. Highly recommended for families traveling here for Hajj or Umrah.

One of the most luxurious hotels in Makkah! My first time here I got a great upgrade to a one bedroom suite! Great service, very friendly staff, quiet hotel located at the edge of the new expansion of the Haram. Definitely I will be returning there on my next visit!
