This is very good shipping and delivery service provider and it possesses very cooperative staff. The only thing I didn't like is that few of the door-step shipments' delivery men are not up enough to the standards of dealing with customers and, hence, this creates some sort of dissatisfaction. Therefore, I do recommend that selected people for such jobs should be well-tested and fully-trained before assigning them to the shipments delivering jobs.
The employee took the shipment information and address from me three times. After two days I received a call from SMSA Express Dammam branch asking about the address and they think I am the receiver not the sender ! Very disappointed with the service !

They don't open at the exact time, went there at 9 am while they're suposed to open from 8 am, but it was closed. and only one worker to serve many people !
