The operating hours online are different to what they work. There also very little evidence that they're open when I drive past (daily). I finally managed to go in and the sales staff don't actually know that much about bikes, or seemed to me that they relied on the knowledge and enthusiasm of the prospective buyer to fill in the gaps.
