2 years before this hotel is clean and well maintained. Now TV, telephone and wifi is not working. Bedsheet and pillow cases are like used and more expensive than before. I will look for another hotel next time I visit taif.

Too poor in regards to cleaning and maintenance. Customer service is also poor.

شقق حلوة ووسيعة ونظيفة واجاراتها رخيصة جدا..أنصح فيها وبشدّة..مطبخ وصالة استقبال وغرفة نوم ودورتين مياه ب 150 في غير الموسم..
كل الشكر والتقدير والاحترام لموظف الاستقبال انسان محترم و خلوق... ثاني سنه اسكن فيها نظافه وحسن استقبال
رائع جدا ونظيف وهادي وسعره مناسب وموظف الأستقبال محترم جدا وخلوق وتعامله راقي بمعنى الكلمه ..
