I want to express and deep disappointment for the utter incompetence and unprofessionalism of this printing press. Our company has been doing business with the printing press for years now - calendars, business cards, etc for the whole company. I visited them more than a week ago about redesigning our business card, and the incompetent gentleman at the reception told me the designer is too busy to meet clients! After threatening to leave, he called the designer. The designer assured me everything will be taken care of and he'll email me the new design later that day. However, more than a week has passes and everyday they have a new excuse: the designer is busy, the designer in on Umrah in Makkah, the designer is on leave. If you value your time and money, please do not do business with this sorry excuse of a printing press.
