A fantastic restaurant with exceptionally good steaks and short ribs. For meat lovers, this your place to go. Great and friendly service as well.
Based upon previous reviews, I went for the lamb chops and brisket, but I got the brisket fries, which were delicious. I enjoyed the lamb chops cooked medium, but my husband wished they had more spices. We walked in with McDonald’s for the kids, which is next door. They were friendly. The seating is limited, but cozy. I’ll return to try an order of brisket by itself.
I need to start with superb. I ate brisket before at different places before and to be honest they're good.. but Lamb Shack, was on the top of them.. the brisket was juicy, tender, melting and soft.. each bite dipped in cheese and bbq sauce is another story.. that's a must try.. first i was aiming for the Ribs but unfortunately it wasn't ready at my time of visit..
Saw the place after I ate next door and I passed by to check it out . It was full and the owner was present and saw me being curious while flipping through the menu. He asked if this is my first time here and whether I tried Briskets before. When I said nope, he quickly and without hesitation said wait here cause you have to try it and in a flash went into the kitchen to get me some to try and I'm glad I did. The first feeling I had was regretting not to have tried The Lamb Shack instead of the other restaurant next door. I will definitely come back here next week when I'm in Riyadh, was what I told the owner. I just did today and boy was I excited. The food arrived and it looked delicious and smelled even better, but the best thing about it was the taste! Out of this world!! From aroma, texture, and Smokey flavor, you can't help it but join your stomach with that big smile. I really recommend the Brisket and becareful because the small portion is filling for 1. I'm definitely coming back again and recommending this place to everyone.
Just ordered the lamb Shak special and it smelled and tasted like dead cat. Was the most disgusting thing i’ve ever seen. Has to be reported to MoC to inspect their food sources and expiration!!!! In addition to that, it came without rice as shown in the picture the portion is way less than displayed. Never again!!
Everything was good, except potato balls and onion rings.The lamb chops were amazing . Amazing place with much variety of options :) just avoid chicken.
