Outdated, but a comfortable experience. Attentive staff, and good breakfast. The view and closeness to the mosque made all the difference.

The hotel is neat and clean had a 1 day visit and the location is right next to Haram gate but the prices should be more cheaper than they are.
Staff are friendly and highly motivated. They third best to satisfy your needs and that's good value for money. Room and facilities Cleanliness is at high standard. Food quality is excellent. Hope this standard is kept. Thank you very much for making my stay an enjoyable one.
Despite being there for two nights only, we got very superior and extraordinary service. There was extra attention from the staff, special welcome fruits/snacks, delicious breakfast and dinner, and most importantly direct view to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi from room window, feels like you're already inside Al-haram. It was unforgettable business and spiritual stay to be honest, and I'd like to do it again without doubts.
