They need to have new puzzles
The secret room is a very entertaining place we had such a great time there. We tried sherlock holmes room it was very good experience. Wasn't that hard we solved it without any hints except for the last puzzle. Highly recommended. The staff was vey friendly.

Amazing staff but trash puzzles and low effort rooms. This place is similar to most of the low effort rooms in Saudi. A collection of clues hidden under furniture and combination locks. The puzzles were bland and made little sense most of the time. One of them was simply finding a business card with a phone number and entering the number into a combination lock. No electronics. No custom props. And a part of one of the puzzles was broken so they just gave us the answer. I've tried The Secret Room in Jeddah and Riyadh and honestly, they won't last long. Don't waste your money. *Response to owner: Thanks for taking the time to respond. I don't mean to be mean or bash your business. I love escape rooms and want to see them grow in Saudi. I just think you need to update your rooms and puzzles to meet the higher expectations of customers. For example: use of live actors, electronics, custom props, better decoration. I would recommend visiting \The Escape Hotel\ in Jeddah to see what I expect from a modern escape room. Hope this helps :)
I've been there and played as Sherlock Holmes Investigating to solve a crime seen, they give you evident as puzzles. Moreover, the room will be locked and you can't get out until 60 minutes is gone, so you have a timing to play on. The cost is 120 Saudi Riyal per person, and it is very nice adventure to be experienced with team work as family, coworkers, and friends.
I had the best time with my friends. It was the good kind of fun that we need more of around here.
