I came here to accompanied one of my Indian colleague in our workplace, as expected as usual, you should make an appointment first through VFS Indian Visa and Passport Application then they will gave you an exact date and time or you can choose depending on your time availability, after that, there's a guy who will contact and accomodate you incase you doesn't have a prepared or filled up form with you, there he will guide you what to do along with passport photo (if you don't have any). After all of that, he'll print those form with all your credentials then finally you just need to wait outside for your turn to be called depends on the time allocation you're with.

I have added documents And whatever I saw at Batha and VFS services Umm Al Hammam branch. You dont need to go and take a copy to fill and sign from both parents incase. Just download from the attached.

Less crowded and quick service these days. Parking easily available in front of the passport centre else you can park in HyperPanda parking. If your documentation is complete, there is no need to bring mother and baby for passport applications (It is clearly mentioned in eoi website. If anyone in the staff says otherwise, he is uninformed. Staff are polite and act professional. Passport collection time is 3-5 pm. Dont forget to bring the yellow slip for passport collection. No need for token to collect passport these days. Got mine in 10 min. Overall very satisfied with the service.

Such an arrogant staff, they do as they want without following the given time on website. Forget about the timing, one old men answer them in the way the questions are. The staff said there is one doc. Missing. Although he try to convince him that he got all the valid doc. As per check list. But he lost the day. People like labour category are being more disrespectful. Families coming in are being treated same.

One if the worst service for attestation. Officer will come at 9.45 customers should wait for him in long queue and it will close at 12.30

Bad service . Police clearance applied one month ago still no updates .. when go to this office come at 3 pm . After come at 3 pm they are telling come another day .. irresponsible staffs
