A small housing community located in a peaceful suburb. It is made up of 26 furnished villas joined together with shared amenities. There is swimming pool, playground, gym and a lot of grassed area for the residents to hang out in. Garden and patio furniture is also provided. Other services include general transportation, school pick and drop and weekly movie nights. The place is really well maintained and has a very good vibe to it. Prices for rental are in the range of SAR 80k to 130K per year depending on the number of rooms.

Mr. Afzal have no time to cater people and let them see the property, He is the least interested person to show some one the compound, highly unprofessional behavior.
The worst booking service ever. I called the phone number mentioned here to book a villa, a guy answered the phone and I told him I want to book a villa, suddenly he hanged up and never answer the phone again.
