One of the worst Trek showroom I’ve ever seen. Sales persons are very worst they won’t even care about customers. Their manager don’t know about bike sizes and technical stuff. He is very arrogant and not even ready to support a customer. We have waited for 45min and no one came and asked. When we went to manager and asked about a model, he simply told its not available. When we told we are ready to pay now and wait if you can bring it for us. Then his reaction was like he is giving it for free. He will tell you to write your name and number in a piece of paper and then they will never call or contact you. Not even single star !!! Provide your number or email id so that I can share my number as I don't want to share it publicly

Mr Shano provided excellent service. We purchased a bike for our elder daughter, and then he gave my younger daughter (who still could not ride a 2-wheeler) a lesson in balancing. Amazingly, she came home and tried his advice and was able to balance that very day!

Horrible service I tried to give my money to this store and the owner or service guy just did not have an easy button to push. Such illiterate sales people here. Could not show me a catalog or assist in any way. Very sad they can not assist! The guy directed me 40 miles to another shop and that’s the best he could do! Don’t go there....
