I have been dealing with Yateem Optician for a long time and they reason is they are dealing with a high quality opticals and lenses, as i can buy and rest assured that I’m buying a genuine product. Most of they shops are claiming that they have original products then you found out that its fake. Moreover, they have great kids glasses called nano very high quality glasses which it can be used as sport glasses you can save money to buying two glasses. I always go for their doctor for eye test, as he is a professional and I give him thumbs up Also they good thing about this shop is that they have branches around the gulf, dubai, bahrain oman ...etc, and still they will serve you anywhere anytime. For the prices, they always have the best price tags in the market..
I wish there was a rating that is less than one star so I can be true to you guys.. this shop has been with me since I was child in a few years back staff have changed and management too, it has become the worst place. I’ve ordered special contact lenses and I was told that they would be ready in a month, now it’s few days tell ma occasion and no lenses and not even a proper apology or explanation to that. Now I’m stuck with lenses that are 70% to 80% percent of I should be seeing and that is for a really important occasion. So disappointing

طبعا رحت افصل عدسات عند المحل يوم 23 وقالوا ان النظارات بتخلص بعد 3 ايام والحين يقولون بتخلص النظارات يوم 29 بالليل ! عموما انا رفعت شكوى وبعد العصر طالع لهم باخذ الاطار وفلوسي محل فاشل وخدمه زباله ويسحبون فيك ومافيه شفافيه ولازم اتشحذهم عشان اشوف نظاراتي خلصت ولا لا والمحل بالخبر اذا الادارة اصلا تهتم بالزبون
