Very bad experience. The parts counter staffs all very lazy & long procedure for purchasing parts. 3 times I visit their & every visit I spend more than 2 hours. Last time I visit their for change one oil filter & they took 1 hour for create credit note. The company's staffs don't care about the customers time. In the Google is provide the negative stars I will mark the last star. Sorry to say, the company staffs attitude is very disappointed.....

I visited their Parts dept to buy 4 parts for Forklift. It tool 2.5 hrs for me to get the parts. Unfortunately 1 part which I received was wrong and to change this part and get the new one it took another 1.5 hrs. Even I work in Parts dept for an Automobile agency, never ever seen such lazy staffs. Horrible experience, they work according to their wish and they just don,t care if the customer is waiting for too long or not. Even the supervisors is not able to solve your problems.
