Unmanned office. No return of phone calls. Twitter Twitter account needed to contact them. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the \within 48 hours\ phone call from the \technician \. Went to extra and bought a new washing machine. Much much simmer than dealing with Ariston non existing service
