In-store shopping
A cable tray was required for completion of our project. I visited this place. No doubt it is the biggest store of this kind in the city but I am disappointed. I didn't found my required product. One of their senior staff member told me. You pay the money and tomorrow come and take the product. Next day I visited again. He apologize that he forgot about this come again tomorrow. In short we visited their store for 1 week and at the end he said still your required product not came. You can take refund. On each our visit they offer refund. We need the product hence we paid. He everytime say you can take the money or wait. I don't know what went wrong. My experience with them is not pleasant.
