Poor Maintenance Service !! My 8,000 saudi riyals watch needed a bracelet replacement. They told it will take 14 days to be ready. Not True! It took more than two months to be ready!! Also, the people are not friendly at all, no smile, nothing. They keep you waiting for long time looking for your watch as if there’s no computer to be used these days. Then, just after they found my 1,400 saudi riyals bracelet, they told me it’s cash only!!! And I had to come back at 04:00 pm just to pay at their retailer store and get my watch!! Bad experience RADO Al-Khobar, very bad one.
