Bad costumer services. I had to walk all the way to the end just for someone to com3 and help me with waht i want. Very long waiting time for installation which can take uo to two weeks.

AlFaris in AlKhobar, poor customer care and how to treat customers especially Mahmoud and Hatim the two incredible Egyptians. You have to follow yourself or you will be the last in their queue. Had to Wait almost the whole day for their team to come and do the installation. When I called asking about their team they advised that they have called me and I did not answer and later they stated that they dialed the wrong number then they skipped me and went for the other customer. Stupid execuse and a very bad service. What bothered me most is that they did not apologize for their mistake, instead they justified for their mistakes. When the started to do the installation work they refused to do part of it although their superstar Mahmoud came himself and took the measurements. I tried my best to convince them to do the work and the other lovely man Hatim said if you do not want this deal let our people return back. Lovely service and trying their best to gain the customer trust and ownership. I hope the owner is different and he cares about the comments we put here as he will lose many customers if he does not do so.

المكان رايق و ترتيب جميل كانت زياره ممتعه بصراحه لكن للأسف يوم سألت الشخص المسؤول قال لي اذا طلبت في نفس اليوم راح توصل المقاسات الاسبوع الجاي و التركيب على نهاية الشهر يعني يبي لك بالقليل ١٥ يوم من بعد الاختيار و الدفع عشان يركبون لك وهذي بصراحه واجد اتمنى يزيدون من عدد عمال التركيب لأن الخوف مو وقت التركيب الخوف اذا صارت مشكله بعد التركيب ممكن تظطر تنتظر اكثر من ٣ اسابيع عشان يجون يحلون المشكله و غير عن كذا اعجبني المحل وهذي بعض الصور اللي صورتها ل اشكال و انواع و ألوان الباركيه اللي عندهم.
