Wonderful place to rent a car. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cars are well kept and clean. Process was fast. Definitely will come back here if I need to rent a car.
مكتب سيئ وتعامل سيئ. ويوقعك على سند امر فاضي اذا تبي تستاجر ، يعني يقدر يسجنك لاي سبب \u200fThe representatives of the shop and the branch manager, forced renters to sign a blank bond order which entitles them to imprison you without a convincing reason and this is contrary to Saudi regulations \u200fI highly advise not to deal with them, very bad experience.there are many other vip cars rental which they provide a 5 star services and cars To be honest, they have a good cars and new. But with these paper work requirements you will never assume whats coming from their side

تجربة سيئة جدا ارجوا التفكير مليون مرة قبل الاستئجار منهم. لا يهمكم الترحيب والخصم و التعامل البلا والمشكلة لما ترجع السيارة يحطون فيها مليون علة ومشاكل عشان يسرقون مبلغ التأمين Be Careful and Go AWAY from this car rental!
انتبهو انتبهوو انتبهووو ماقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم ،، اتمنى تقرون الى الاخر اول ماتجيهم يهلون يرحبون بك ويعطونك اسعار خياليه عشان تستاجر من عندهم وبعد هذا ياخذ منك تامين ويستلطفك به باسلوب حسن عشان تدفع وبعد ماترجع السيارة يطلع فيها الف عذروب عشان ياخذ منك التامين وكلهم يتلاعبون فيك عشان ياخذون التامين ويمكن يزود عليك بس ربي حسيبهم لانهم اذوني الله ياذيهم من الي استاجرت منه الى رعي الحلال والله على مااقول شهيد .
