The brand is amazing, the agent still not professional, they always can't provide spare parts, the have storages but carless to provide spare parts in it as it,s had an expiry date !! I have a CR-V 2004 and since then they NEVER EVER WAS ANY GOOD AT AFTER SERVICES. The staff are helpful but they are always gloomy because their management are very bad to them as to the customers !! My hope is to them to care more or leave it to someone worthy of the HONDA great brand. The 3 stars are for the staff only .. the management DON'T DESERVE ANYTHING.
