My go-to clinic for my pets, recommend going to Dr. Doaa she’s very friendly and gentle with the pets. Only issue i have for not giving 5 stars is the waiting times due to the lack of veterinarians only 1 doctor is covering the shift at a time. and honestly filing and archiving should be arranged in a better way a filing cabinet isn’t that expensive the employees are struggling to find a single file with them being all over the place.

Look a stray kitten which I found at a park for a quick health check. Wasn't even asked to pay! Excellent care and staff. Highly recommended. Dr. Dua was very friendly and professional. Would certainly go back for my own budgies one day and recommend to all my friends.

Excellent service. Walk only but you can still call. Dr. Doaa is sweet and takes her time to answer all questions and she handles your pet gently.

The service is 5 star, especially Dr. Asmaa she really take care of the pets as they are her own. However I noticed the management after Corona pandemic shifted to be more opportunistic to take money out of customers by any way.. Instead of winning the customer loyalty they charge them 85 SR just to open a file... If the management did not change it's way to treat it's customers they won't have them for long.. If not for Dr. Asmaa I would have left them long ago, and not sure I would have patient to stick any longer...

A good clinic and good doctors very good prices altho i wish we didnt have to wait so long -around an hour and 30 mins- to see the doctor.. If only they would take appointments it would be less time consuming to clients.
