What a joke. @Ford Motors, don't blame the pandemic for the lost of sales... People continue to buy cars.. But not a Ford.

When you think it couldn’t get any worse, this outfit step it up a gear and invent even more brand damage practices. They are inept, to be fair to them they even manage to give inept a bad name. They had my car for 3 days ( 128km service and VSS fault), omitted to keep me informed even after numerous calls to them (they did Grace me with a pic of my car with the bonnet raised) Then they sheepishly hand you a quote that would make the GDP of a small oil producing country blink and swallow hard and then have the audacity to not know why they included such items as battery change, brake cleaning, new turn signal and a majority refurb of the drive train for the VSS fault ( I can only imagine the lack of customers and Ford consignment stock due on date needed to be dumped on some unsuspecting expat). The ‘service’ ( Ford should ban them using this word in their name) was abysmal, customer care(less) non existent and then I remembered why I stopped going there two years ago....all of the above but in that time they have definitely improved and honed their apathy, lethargy and bean counting to admirable depths, Go Ford!

It’s the worst customer service I ever dealt with, lazy and you have to run after. Even call center not help to give direct contact landline to follow my car and decide what to do Aljazirah was much better
