I have been waiting for you to answer my requests more than 3 months and still no one answered me! Every time I receive an appointment they would cancel it for further notice!! I feel like i lost all my money in here, I truly don’t recommend this place for anyone
Bad experience.. It is Fraud center, one of the worst ever, they fool you with their offers then they close the the service for no reasons (we had problem with laser service), its bees three months now and only one appointment!!! , Do NoT LeT TheM Fool You.
Wait for the 6 months of November, and now wait for the laser. Every time the session is postponed, another appointment is taken, then an apology for the damage to the laser machines !!!
Very bad service. My first appointment was postponed . Then i waited an hour for the patient before me to finish. Although i specifically told them that i was coming all the way from Alqassim, and that i don’t live in Riyadh.Then the dental chair needed maintainance and we waited 2 more hours and when we finally got fed up we left. Nobody tried to apologize or compensate us for all the lost time.Also the place is old. The bathroom door is very old ,looks horrible and waiting leather couch beside the dental clinic Also look old and need replacement. You need to look into your customer service and patient satisfaction better than this.
This people have been blocked me i don't know y they said me ur full sessions are over and u have did over they should Inform me if i did it more and they should inform me weather u want to pay for more secession or not DID NOT INFORM ANY THING and how is they deal with their pt they have said me they will not renew for my new file i want to speak to the owner and he is not their?????? I want to really fix this prob but they r not ready? I want to speak to the owner of Mira clinic ?
