The doctor is actually quite good and I think I that's the only reason I'm tolerating this place. The reception is quite bad unfortunately. I walked in and there was no one at the reception, I even called the place to see if someone would answer and no one did. I could hear them talking and I could hear the phone ringing but no one bothered to pick it up. That was interesting. My first impression was unpleasant, I made an appointment but it got cancelled 4 hours before my appointment. It was quite upsetting and they cancelled it over a WhatsApp message telling me that my appointment has been moved to a later date without telling me what that later date is. I had to ask for that. I'd think the least they could do is tell me when was that later date. They have a rule that you have to cancel 24 hours prior your appointment but they can cancel 4 hours prior no problem. I don't know it just rubbed me off the wrong way. Maybe because that was my first experience with them that I'm making a bigger deal out of it than it already is. You also have to pay for the appointment to confirm it. That has its pros and cons, the only pro is you don't have to deal with payment after the appointment. But like I said the doctor I'm with is quite good and to be honest at the end of the day that's what really matters. I am thankful for this place as a whole.

Extremely bad punctuality, customer service and communication! Very unprofessional staff. I agree with many of the other reviews; this center only cares about making money and not about the satisfaction of their clients. I had one session, then I decided to continue because the specialist was fine and I scheduled a second session. I spent 350 SARS on a second session that did not happen to due to a scheduling error from the center’s side. I contacted customer care more than 3 times on the matter and I was ignored. The way they handled the situation was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I rightfully and respectfully asked for a refund but I was ignored.

I had more then 4 sessions. Therapist kept looking at the time.. Yawned like she was sleepy. Honestly it was a waste of time and money and effort
