I worked here 9 years, so many comments here crowed only, it means treatment is good, all the patients needs their reports immediately, we are computerized now all reports will be in system on time or before. But the patients needs the reports by hand immediately if the doctor appointment is after two days also. All the doctors giving priority for emergency patients and the nurses indicated further department about the patient needs.

The hospital provided services well but they need to organize paper transactions, scout letters, medical approval, give appointments in paper, not oral, and improve the level of blood sampling in the emergency department

its an awful hospital the staff are unkind they let you wait for no reason and they have no idea how hospitals's staff should work .the worst hospital i have been ever

Terrible experience at the medical reports. Staff Need to focus on service. Really disappointed.

Bad experince! Staff not helpful and not professional. Some doctors are unreachable specially in gynacology department. Phone reservation is not available, so you have to go more than once! Sometimes you have to go to the hospital at 7:00 AM for reservation. The Help Desk is not helping anything.

One of the best private general hospitals in the area, but it's getting really really crowdy recently and the wait time in clinics can last for upto 3 to 4 hours, ER department is okay during working hours, late at night? Not so much.
