What a change over the years! I visited after 2 years and it was a pleasant surprise to find they have improved a lot. Counters were fast and clean. Proper support staff was available and that too very polite and helpful to everyone. My biggest issue was parking before which is no longer a problem as now there is paid parking next to embassy (SR 6 per hour) where you have plenty of space.

If you want to get inside early you have to come by Taxi and avoid coming by your car because they will not allow you entrance before 06:30 am and by that time you will have more than hundred people ahead of you. So all you have to do is come by taxi and drop off near the signal. After that go to the left side of the road going towards embassy and stay in line. This line will determine what's your token number will be.
A very pleasant experience, very professional and helpful staff, thumps up to all at the embassy.There is a proper lining and numbering system which made the process of everyone so much easier and quick. Just outside the embassy there is a cabin where you can keep your belongings like mobile phone with the keeper and he will give you a token number. Common parking available. Serving water to the visitors.
What a change what a great way of dealing and fast service for renewal of my passport. It was like a dream never experienced in my life at any government offices or embassy. Reached to Embassy at 1:00 pm and left embassy at 1:30 pm with all process done with out any appointment. Thank you Imran Khan ️️️️
Kudos to Pakistan embassy staff for their professionalism and efficient service. The whole process of getting the extension on the recently expired passport was streamlined and effortless.
The representative of Pakistan Embassy at Passport Renewal Section has no identification. He does not wear any uniform or has a Card. So if a guy wearing a black leather jacket, long hair, beard ask to make a line or something he is probably the Pakistan Embassy Representative. The courier service people are well dressed and can be recognized from a mile.

I have seen good improvements in the processes happening in embassy. But still need a lot of improvements. Like, Behavior for some employees are very rude. Website is outdated and most of the information are outdated. It's the facing for any organization. So they should work on it. A lot of process could be automated.
