Bad experience,, long time to get the tickets and then a longer time to get the bank card with only tow girls working slow not bothered at all with the long line of kids waiting, each child took 5 minutes, and they stop for a while. the staff is the worst , they take long time entering and exiting kids to each game , the don’t care for children feeling and they don’t have a structured system for waiting lines my child told to stay for another group just because the group had siblings while more than 5 kids can easily stand at the door. I seriously don’t understand why they close for prayer for 20 minutes , they can take turns praying as the kids will not pray and just stay waiting in lines.

Need more professionally services. Not enough employees at all. The company is running the business not professional. AC condition is not enough. KidZania owner you are running out of business soon if you don't listen. Need new place management for whole infrastructure. New project lead.

December 2020 Me and my family went to kidzania and it was super fun for the children up to 14 yrs old. Although some of the activities were closed the ones that were open were great. The staff was really kind and were always ready to help the kids around them. Definitely would recommend

Average attraction, I was expected more professional services , I don't know why they still closing in praying time 7 min before Athan and 25 min after, while the visiters are kids.

This a wonderful place to spend upto 4 hours of good experiences and fun .. a must-visit place if you and your family are staying in jeddah for more than 2 nights The only negative point is that some (not all) staff are really tense and have no love for the work they are doing. This job requires someone who really love to interact with kids, understand them & ready to give them some love and little interest. Some of those staff are really angry and need to change their career to a more suitable places. My kids didn’t feel this as I tried my best to hide this sensation and I succeeded thankfully. Otherwise, it will be a very good experience.

WONDERFUL place for kids specially from age 6 years & above, but the negative point is new comers need orientation & some organization.

Very bad. Staff was very lazy n not serious to their duties at all. Receptionist doesn't no English at all. Not friendly staff. Most of activities closed but they charged full price. Feel cheated

Very busy not organised they would accept a 1000 kids and in 6 hours ur kids will just try 3 games out of 20 from the very long lines.. Staff seem to be unhappy to be working there.. And this is not how they should be be when working especially with kids.. If there is a zero rating I would diffently go for it.. Total waste of money and time
