As long as you have an appointment they will process your visa very quickly.
Very professional, very easy and fast
They never answer the phone, each time I called in working hour I ended up in infinite loop of auto answer machine. I tried all internal number and only reached to labour section which I have nothing to do with, On top of that they can't transfer me back to consular section, have to hang up and redial.
The place was empty, we were taken care right away. It was really nice seeing the Thai flag and pictures of beautiful Thailand.
