For Documents attestation/legalization, the Embassy charges 26.25 per document and their usual turnaround time is 2 working days. You must schedule an appointment before going there. Call them by phone to do so. For collecting the documents, you must visit the Embassy between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. After 12:00 PM, the Consular staff does not work. Parking is not allowed in front of the Embassy area. However, there’s a small street just before the Belgian Embassy where you may park and walk to the Netherlands Embassy. It’s literally a 5-minute walk. Hope this helps, Cheers!

The below mentioned comments are not for embassy Its about the VFS and their behavior for general public. First of you don't worry about the VFS appointment time it is always 30 to 60 min. i rushed on time and was their 10min before, it was 45min waiting time for me after my appointment time, so relax regarding dude no need to rush. Good thing they were following ticket numbers, VFS Location is good with newly constructed building but the management is not good. Every embassy have their own counters inside the VFS global vicinity with family section/single section. At the VFS Netherlands Embassy counter you will find a indian guy who was more interested in talking/gossiping with the lady/colleague rather then helping the individual. Be sure that you filled the correct embassy schengen visa application form other wise you will waste time filling it one more time, good of them they gave a copy to fill free of cost. It is sad but true every individual form should be attached independently with hotel/tickets and every other req documents even for child/newborn. Their is not concept for head of the family/incharge who will afford or look after his/her family in that country and his documents copies are enough for proof. I didn't know that so wasted time/money their. Three individuals were at the counter non of the are professional and aren't having any global experience at all, i gave them my insurance letter which i took it online from usa based company, good of that lady who had common sense that if i bought this insurance it would be from authentic source but those indian guys sitting totally denied that my insurance will not be accepted and even ask their incharge named sameer who also denied to accept it rather accepting their ill knowledge that they don't have any idea about this insurance, so within minutes i contacted the USA based insurance company and request them to send me the coverage countries details and good of them they emailed me at that moment.
