The location is shown for the diplomats and office workers, the consulate for visas is on the other gate︎ Plus the website says for Resident visa 29D that we need to go to the consulate or embassy (as it cannot be applied online) but when u go there the security says the embassy is closed long back and you have to apply online. Gives you a slip to contact where the calls do not connect.
