Don't know what to say but the way things handled here is really bad during covid times
like
Very polite and welcoming staff. The application process for the Visa is speedy. Just make sure you have all the required paperwork. Processing time is usually 3 working days. The gate opens at exactly 8:30 am and they stop receiving applications at 12 pm. The pickup time for the passports and visas is between 12 pm and 2:30 pm.

Visa is rejected without giving reason. It is so rude
Very welcoming place, I have went there couple of times and the people are nice. They are also very cooperative they helped us in the International Peace Day and sent a Calligrapher that wrote our names in Japanese. Many thanks. ありがとう.
The guy who answers the phone is very rude! I asked a question and he shout on the phone! I didn’t even understand what he said!!!!
